End to our new year. After getting hooked on watching Gordon Ramsay's Hell Kitchen and F-word, we finally decided to make Beef Wellington. (yes both D's.. a joint effort!) So here's a peek at the results. 
After running around trying to get the right cut of meat. we finally decided to splurge a little and came home with this :) 
Our homemade puff pastry :D Seared meat to perfection + mushrooms+ bacon
Wrapping it up with the puff pastry.. so far so good....
Just before going in the oven..a touch of personalization. 
40 minutes later.... out of the oven.... 
hahahaha should have seen our reactions.... DROOOL..... :D:D:D
needless to say.. it turned out perfect :) it was so good, we ate it all |
